• Based on your subscription, CYNCZ aggregates all your contacts, from various sources like
  1. Email clients (MS Outlook, Novell Groupwise, Lotus Notes etc),
  2. Internet email (Gmail, Yahoo, Live Mail, etc),
  3. Social Networks (Facebook, Linkedin, myspace, etc), and
  4. CRM tools (Salesforce.com, Sugar CRM),
  and brings them together so that you can access all your contacts on any device or source and also on www.cyncz.com.
• If you update contact information on a source, CYNCZ automatically synchronizes the information to other connected sources and devices.
• If a contact is missing some information, which might be available on other contact source or device, CYNCZ automatically updates the missing information on all sources and devices.
• CYNCZ does a cloud backup of your contact data, so that your contacts are never lost.
• Rich Web 2.0 interface to edit, update, manage and tag contacts on www.cyncz.com.

CYNCZ is a contact management and backup service. The contacts that we manage for our customers will be saved in our database so once you synchronize through CYNCZyou will never lose your contacts ever, unless you choose to delete the contacts.

CYNCZ will never sell your contacts to any third party. Your data will be safe and is controlled by the user ID and password that you choose.

Yes, you can synchronize your social network contacts such as facebook, linkedin, myspace, etc. with your Email clients and/or phone. Once synchronized, you can access them from anywhere.

CYNCZ is a smart contact management system which will automatically update your contact address change, phone number change, email address change information automatically. If you have a missing contact information, and that information is available in other source, CYNCZ will automatically update the missing information in all your connected sources and devices.
