February 2009:
Based on the idea of creating a self updating address book and providing most up-to-date and current contact information on any device or address book, any time, founders started working on developing contact sync solution.
April 2009:
CYNCZ incorporated as a Maryland Limited Liability Company.
September 2009:
Launched limited beta contact sync solution.
Won the “Most Innovative Technology Company of year 2009” award.
October 2009:
Moved from basement to an office space at the county sponsored incubation center.
Hired COO.

Founder and CEO
Jaya is a serial entrepreneur with over 12 years experience in the area of software development and software solutions.
Jaya ran a successful consulting firm Vidushak Inc. for 3 years. Vidushak Inc. provided technical services to clients like Microstrategy, Raxco Software, Overture Technologies, and GMAC.
Jaya holds Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University of Alabama. She also has Bachelor of Arts degree in History from University of Delhi, India.
Neeraj Jaiman
COO
Neeraj has over 10 years experience in management consulting, business development and software development. Neeraj has consulted for India based data analytics consulting firm, working with clients like, ETRADE Financial, Wachovia Bank, Hess Corporation, J & J Ethicon.
Neeraj has worked in various software development roles with Novell Inc. and Hughes Network System.
Neeraj has Masters Degree in Business Administration and also a Masters Degree in Computer Science.
